**WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!** Please be sure to register yourself or your spouse as a volunteer when you are registering your player(s). On the registration page, select your name from the drop down and choose volunteer. Then choose an available volunteer position.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can my child play in Poway American LL: Please check here to see if you live within the PALL boundaries. - https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/league-finder/ The new registration system will check your address or school for eligibility in PALL. If you are not in our boundaries but would still like to play in PALL, please reach out to us.
  • When does the season start?: Tryouts for upper divisions (MAPs, Minor B, Minor A, Majors, and Intermediate) will be held on Jan 11th. Practices can begin on Feb 3rd and Opening ceremonies will be held March 1st.
  • Where are the games?: Games will be held on the PALL fields at Tierra Bonita Elementary School and PNLL fields (upper divisions only) at Pomerado Elementary School.
  • Where and what time will practice be?: That is up to your coach. Most practices will be held at Tierra Bonita, but additional fields may be reserved if needed. Each team normally practices 1 to 2 per week, generally after 4 pm.
  • When are the games?: Games are generally played on Tue, Wed, Thurs, and Sat. Mondays and Fridays are normally reserved for makeup games. Weekday games normally start at 5pm, 9am for Saturdays.
  • What equipment do I need?: Player will need: Baseball glove, baseball pants, baseball cleats, socks, athletic supporter & cup. A baseball helmet and bat are optional, PALL will provide at game time if needed.
  • How can I volunteer or help out?: You can sign up for a volunteer position when you register your child. If you do not wish to volunteer there is an option to buy out.
  • Can I request a friend or coach?: Coach and friend request are for Tee Ball and Rookies ONLY. Requests will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
  • Are there playoffs?: All upper divisions (Minor B, Minor A, and Majors) have playoffs at the end of the season. The winner of each division will also play the winner of the PNLL division for the “City Championship".
  • When will I hear from my coach?: Coaches will get their rosters the week of Jan 27th. Details will be provided later through the league website and from the coaches directly.
  • What division should my child play in?: T-Ball: 4-6 Rookies: 6-8 Minor B: 8-10 Minor A: 9-11 Majors: 10-12 Intermediate: 13 *These are recommendations, please reach out to info@pallbaseball.org if you are unsure
